实验室简介

  半导体超晶格国家重点实验室(The State Key Laboratory of Superlattices and Microstructures)于1988年3月由国家计委组织专家论证并批准后开始筹建，1990年开始对外开放，1991年11月通过了由国家计委组织的验收委员会验收。现任实验室主任为王开友研究员。实验室学术委员会主任为高鸿钧院士。

  实验室以研究和探索半导体体系中的新现象和新效应为主要目标，通过对固体半导体中的电子、自旋和光子的调控，探索其在电子/自旋量子信息技术、光电子及光子器件中的潜在应用，从最基础的层面上提升我国电子、光电子、光子信息技术的创新能力，提升我国在半导体研究领域的国际竞争力。实验室先后有5位成长为中国科学院院士、12位成长为国家杰出青年基金获得者。为我国半导体科学技术的跨跃式发展做出重要贡献。

  实验室现有人员中包括研究员26人、高级工程师1人和管理人员1人，其中4位中国科学院院士、9位国家杰出青年基金获得者、3位优秀青年科学基金获得者、1位北京杰出青年基金获得者。

  自成立以来，实验室承担了近百个科技部、基金委和科学院的重大和重点项目，取得了可喜的科研成果，获得国家自然科学奖二等奖5项；黄昆先生获得2001年度国家最高科学技术奖。2004年半导体超晶格国家重点实验室被授予国家重点实验室计划先进集体称号。实验室具有良好的科研氛围、科研设备和环境条件，拥有雄厚的科研积累和奋发向上的科研团队，并多次获得国家自然基金委员会的创新研究群体科学基金。

 实验室每年可接收40名硕士、博士研究生和博士后。现有研究生和博士后100余人。

   The State Key Laboratoy of Superlattices and Microstructures (previously known as National Laboratory for Superlattices and Microstructures) was founded in 1988.  The head of laboratory is Professor Kaiyou Wang.  The Academic Committee of the laboratory，headed by Professor Hongjun Gao，consists of 13 prominent scientists

   There are 4 Academicians of CAS, 26 full professors, 3 research assistant and technicians, and an administration staff in the lab.  During the last 20 years, 12 members were awarded the National Funds for Distinguished Young Scholars. The research areas of the laboratory include the physics and application of low-dimensional quantum structures, fundamentals of solid state quantum computing, semiconductor spintronics, etc.

    During the past decade, the laboratory has undertaken more than 100 national scientific research grants (including 973-project and 863-project), which are supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
